Remembering Sidney Palmer

We are saddened to note the passing of Sidney Palmer: musician, composer, conductor, photographer, director of stage and screen, trailblazer in the arts and public broadcasting. He lived an incredible life in the arts right here in South Carolina, and the Palmetto State awarded him its highest honor in the arts, the Elizabeth O’Neill Verner Award, in 1981.
