Hambidge residency program open to artists and creative thinkers

Hambidge, in Rabun Gap, Ga., provides a residency program that empowers artists and other creative thinkers from throughout the United States and around the world to explore, develop and express their creative voices. Hambidge encourages applications from creative minds representing the widest possible range of perspectives and demographics, including visual artists, writers, poets, scientists, ceramicists, musicians, choreographers, chefs and beyond. Located on 600 acres in the north Georgia mountains, Hambidge is a sanctuary of time and space that inspires artists working in a broad range of disciplines to create works of the highest caliber. Residencies are for two to eight weeks.

Deadlines: January 15 for May through August; April 15 for September through December; September 15 for March and April of the following year.
