With a Main Library in Rock Hill, four branches, online digital branch, and outreach program, York County Library is a dedicated resource for education, recreation, and exploration for the residents and communities of York County.

As we continue to reconnect and recommit ourselves to meeting the needs of all library patrons, we have embraced the idea of “YCL” as a hub for learning, resources, materials, unique experiences, and most importantly, community.
