The Gullah Art Gallery
As a new venture from the Beaufort County Black Chamber of Commerce, the Gullah Heritage Art Gallery is the Lowcountry’s newest gallery packed full of Gullah art, African American art, gifts and more.
Beaufort Arts Council
Since its founding in 1991, the mission of the Beaufort Arts Council has been to expand the presence of art in the daily experiences of residents and visitors, and to provide exposure to the local heritage, rich artistic legacy, and cultural uniqueness of our community.
Workshops, exhibitions, classes and talks are hosted at the Beaufort Arts Council.
Sea Islands Center Gallery, University of South Carolina Beaufort
The Sea Islands Center Gallery is the gallery of the Fine Arts Department at the University of South Carolina Beaufort. Art exhibitions are scheduled throughout the academic year.
Sea Islands Center Gallery Art Gallery- USC Beaufort
Located in the heart of historic Beaufort, South Carolina, the Sea Islands Center Gallery is owned and operated by the University of South Carolina, Beaufort. It houses a gallery, faculty offices and studio spaces for students.
Beaufort Center for the Arts at USC
The University of South Carolina Beaufort founded the Center for the Arts in 2010 to answer the need for a regional focal point for the performing and visual arts. This central facility improves access to cultural events for citizens of the Beaufort area and its visitors, and supports the school’s goal of developing a full-service arts campus in the city of Beaufort.
CFA programming touches all groups of citizens and most businesses – theatergoers, school children and their parents, opera aficionados, film buffs, classical music lovers, fans of musical productions, and local artists and performers. The programming includes The Met: Live in HD, Indie Film Series, Beaufort Theatre Company, Beaufort Children's Theatre, and Professional Touring Groups. CFA’s theatre and its equipment is “the only game in town” for these high quality, internationally acclaimed offerings.
