Yuhas & Dancers Community Hour – Online

Yuhas & Dancers, a Columbia, South Carolina-based dance company, is launching a weekly community hour through Instagram Live. Each week, Artistic Director and Founder Meredith Yuhas will interview a Y&D dancer or other South Carolina-based artist to discuss adapting work and life as an artist since COVID-19. The hour will also include a short body-mind experience for all ages and movement backgrounds to do, created to deal with the stress and anxiety of our world. The hope is that this time will deepen our connections and create a culture of care off stage, until we meet again. You can tune in Thursdays at 5pm, from April 16th through May 28th, on Instagram Live @yuhasanddancers.
