Tiny Beautiful Things

When struggling writer Cheryl Strayed took on the unpaid, anonymous position of online advice columnist “Dear Sugar” from 2010 to 2012, she used empathy and her personal experiences to help those seeking guidance for obstacles both large and small. The best-selling book was adapted for the stage by Nia Vardalos as Tiny Beautiful Things, a play about reaching when you’re stuck, healing when you’re broken, and finding the courage to take on the questions which have no answers. Presented by Trustus Theatre in Columbia, directed by Lindsay Rae Taylor. Performances will be off-site (location TBA), Wednesdays through Sundays, May 29th through June 6th.
