Some Enchanted Evening
The Broad River Arts Center presents is a musical review of the much-loved melodies of Richard Rogers and Oscar Hammerstein. It showcases tunes from The Sound of Music, Carousel, Oklahoma!, The King and I, South Pacific and more.
More than those of any composer or lyricist writing for the stage, the songs of Rodgers & Hammerstein have become an integral part of our everyday lives. We sing them in the shower; we dance to them in ballrooms; we hear them on the radio and in clubs and, yes, in elevators and supermarkets, too.
Directed by David Swicegood, music by Greg Boatwright and featuring musical theatre students from USC.
General Admission is $18 online in advance or $20 at the door.
