Rhythm and Flow: Daniel Klewer Solo Exhibition
Art & Light Gallery is happy to present Rhythm and Flow, a solo exhibition of work by Daniel Klewer (Myrtle Beach, S.C.) launching on the Art & Light website and in the gallery at 10 a.m. (EST) on Tuesday, July 8, with an opening reception on Friday, July 11, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Daniel Klewer was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and majored in art at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. He also earned a Master of Arts in visual studies degree from Cardinal Stritch University, Glendale, Wisconsin. Klewer is largely recognized for his unconventional painting process, characterized by a shift away from the use of a paintbrush and evidence of brushstrokes. His work often involves applying paint with non-traditional methods, exploring color and texture through various techniques.
