Reception for Humor, Parody, and Satire: The Artwork of Tom Farris and Chris Olszewski

As part of the University of South Carolina-Lancaster’s 15th Annual Native American Studies Week, the Native American Studies Center hosts a reception for Humor, Parody, and Satire, an exhibition featuring the contemporary work of artists Tom Farris (Otoe-Missouria-Cherokee) and Chris Olszewski (Chippewa). Guests will have the opportunity to speak with Farris during the March 26th reception.

Olszewski will discuss his interactive work with canvas automobile covers at a Lunch and Learn session March 20th.

Farris will give an interactive painting demonstration, March 26th starting at 9:30 a.m.
