Pottery Class: Master Wheel Throwing (November-December)

This pottery course is designed to challenge people who are ready to develop advanced pottery making skills and learn more advanced techniques. Projects and skills covered will include teapots, spherical forms, composite forms, and altered forms. Criteria: Students must be able to consistently throw a 6″ cylinder; and have experience including, but not limited to, lid making and making and attaching handles. Prerequisite: Students must be referred by instructors for Next Step Throwing or Creative Throwing. Others interested in this class must schedule a time to meet with the instructor, Tim Graham, prior to registering. Minimum number of students is 3; maximum is 5. This course is offered July 7-August 11 and November 10-December 22.
