On Friday, November 19 at noon, North Augusta-based Chef Dave Smoke-McCluskey (Mohawk) discusses the science of nixtamalization and its impact on the agricultural Indigenous diet. Chef McCluskey’s Lunch and Learn Lecture is held in conjunction with the 16th Annual Native American Studies Week.
