The Arts Council of York County invites submissions for the 17th Annual Literary Competition, highlighting the best in short stories and poetry from across the Southeastern United States, and the 9th Annual Youth Literary Competition, highlighting the best in short stories and poetry by students enrolled in K-12 programs across York County, S.C. Entry deadline for both competitions is August 28.
