Ceramic Handbuilding Technique Class – Mugs

Handbuilt ceramic mugs in a studio. Some glazed in greens, blues and browns; others are unglazed.

Learn the basics of handbuilding functional pieces from clay. Each participant will create a mug using the slab technique, then customize with textures and/or patterns. Pieces will be fired and ready to be painted approximately three weeks after the class. Once bisque-fired, return to paint your mug anytime during regular open studio hours. All skill levels welcome. Ages 16+.
