Three-part virtual professional development for performing arts leaders

The North Carolina Presenters Consortium (NCPC) has launched a new virtual professional development series open to arts professionals in South Carolina (and beyond).

While created with performing arts organizations in mind, the content is intentionally broad and applicable to many types of cultural and community-focused work. Here is a quick snapshot of the series.

  • Part 1: Setting the Stage — Smart Pricing & Dynamic Revenue Strategies
    Date: Feb. 19, 2026 at 2 p.m.
    Focus: How pricing works, what dynamic pricing actually means, and ways to align revenue strategies with mission and audience needs.
  • Part 2: Filling the Seats — Marketing that Moves Audiences
    Date: March 12, 2026 at 2 p.m.
    Focus: Stretching limited marketing budgets, strengthening digital outreach, and crafting messages that truly resonate.
  • Part 3: Backstage Brilliance — Building Strong Teams & Sustainable Culture
    Date: April 23, 2026 at 2 p.m.
    Focus: Organizational practices and people-centered strategies that support healthy, creative, resilient workplaces.
