South Arts’ Cross-Sector Impact grants offer up to $15,000 to support “Arts &…” projects that incorporate the arts across different aspects of a community.

South Arts logoAs communities continue to change, the arts play an incomparable role in addressing many communal and individual challenges and strengths. The value of partnership and working together across sectors brings new opportunity, increased effectiveness, and greater depth to our collective work.

South Arts offers these grants to facilitate partnerships between the arts community and other sectors through this grant program. For example, eligible themes could be:

  • Arts and the military.
  • Arts and equity.
  • Arts and aging.
  • Arts and community revitalization.

Eligible projects must be a collaboration between an arts organization or artist and a non-arts organization; both partners must be located/reside in South Arts’ nine-state region (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee).

Consider joining South Arts for an informational webinar on June 26, 2024, 11 a.m.-noon ET, to hear more about the grant program and best practices when preparing a Letter of Interest for a Cross-Sector Impact Grant.

The deadline to submit a Cross-Sector Impact Grant Letter of Interest form is August 1, 2024, and projects must take place between January 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026. Visit this link to read more about these grants.
