SCAC to hold forum for teaching artists

Agency first coming up Sept. 7

Teaching artists take note! The South Carolina Arts Commission Teaching Artist Forum is getting ready to embrace change and best practices in just a few weeks.

You do not want to miss keynote speaker Glenis Redmond, a Governor’s Award for the Arts winner is a poet, teaching artist, and imagination activist. The day will also include hands-on (arts discipline specific) break-out sessions, a networking luncheon, and topical information sessions.

The SCAC and strategic partner Arts Grow SC envision a valuable day of celebration, community, inspiration, and artmaking with fellow teaching artists.
