Eastminster Presbyterian Church in Columbia is seeking a passionate worship leader to provide musical and spiritual leadership for our contemporary worship service.
This part-time role is ideal for someone who loves guiding others in worship through music, building up volunteer teams, and creating theologically rich, engaging worship experiences that honor God.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead worship and direct the Jubilee band and vocalists.
- Collaborate with the pastoral staff to shape meaningful, mission-aligned worship experiences.
- Select biblically sound music aligned with weekly themes and the church calendar.
- Develop and disciple a team of musicians and vocalists.
- Coordinate rehearsals and special services.
- Foster community with the congregation.
