Lead your arts organization with confidence

Grants now open for all stages of arts leadership

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET

This morning the SCAC opened two grant categories to help arts leaders in all career stages build their leadership capacity.

One grant returns after a successful first year in FY24. The other is a new category that will help leaders who have a little more experience than those just starting their journeys. These leadership- and capacity-building initiatives will provide resources, training, and support for leaders and the boards of arts nonprofits to build sustainability, capacity, and partnerships in South Carolina.

Nonprofit arts organizations would be the applicants for these grants and designate a participating principal.

EMERGING ARTS LEADERS GRANTS

These grants are intended to strengthen and nurture emerging arts leaders and their organizations who have an operating budget of $500,000 or less. The leader would have five (5) or fewer years in an executive role.
