Florida Studio Theatre seeking development manager

Florida Studio Theatre, a League of Residents Theatre (category D) regional theatre in Sarasota, Florida, seeks a highly motivated and experienced development manager to join a staff of three in a systemized and well-established development department that includes donor management and campaigns.

Duties include oversight of fundraising systems for individuals and institutions (from small gifts to large gifts), budget preparation and control, donor membership and campaigns, and systems monitoring. Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience. Must have strong management and interpersonal skills. The right candidate will have a high degree of responsibility, be achievement-oriented and able to relate to a wide variety of personality types in high-end donor levels. Two t0 three years of management experience a must. Clearly defined expectations and actions are set out in weekly meetings. The development manager answers to and works closely with the managing director.
