This workshop focuses on key concepts and best practices in financial performance management.

  • Explore the types of financial reports that should be generated and discuss how to identify and analyze key information contained in the reports.
  • Get introduced to the concept of dashboard reporting and also explore strategies for improved communication across functions and how to build a “team around the numbers” focused on financial results.
  • Trainings are designed for anyone who is new to nonprofit financial management or anyone who wants to refresh their knowledge.
  • Arts leaders, bookkeepers, or anyone involved in the financial matters of your organization are encouraged to register.

The South Carolina Arts Alliance is proud to partner with BDO Nonprofit and Grantmaker Advisorywith support from the South Carolina Arts Commission and Gaylord and Dorothy Donnelley Foundation to offer a series of financial management trainings to help strengthen the operations of arts organizations throughout South Carolina.
