Winter Workshop for Children: Exploring Altered Books
Monday and Tuesday, December 20 and 21 | 9 a.m. to noon. For ages 8 – 12. In this two-day mixed-media class, students take inspiration from current exhibition 30 Americans and the CMA collection to transform a discarded book through a variety of art techniques. Taught by local art educator and artist Katrina Hampton. All materials and equipment provided. $90 for nonmembers / $72 for members. Capacity limited to 10 participants to allow for physical distancing in the CMA studios; face coverings required. Registration required.
Lunch Buddies: Students can stay all day from morning camp through afternoon camp. Lunch Buddies bring their own brown bag lunch, must be registered for both morning and afternoon camps. $15. Registration required.
