Uncanny Terrain: Exhibition at Greenville Center for Creative Arts

In their dynamic exhibition, Uncanny Terrain, artists Bryce Speed and Maja Godlewska paint surreal environments as a means to investigate our relationship with the changing natural world. Opening at the Greenville Center for Creative Arts on April 2nd for First Friday from 1 – 9 p.m. On view through May 18th. Maja Godlewska’s paintings and installations address the search for the idyllic landscape. Bryce Speed paints dream-like environments to chronicle the changing climate as a metaphor for the evolving human self. Gallery hours are from 1 – 4 p.m. on April 2nd, but registration is required for First Friday hours from 5 – 9 p.m. Limited walk-ins are available, within safe capacity limits for social distancing. All visitors should wear a mask.
