TORCH: An Evening of Music of the Heart
The stars come out in the capitol city on October 9th & 10th for TORCH, an evening of music of the heart. Now in its 11th year, TORCH brings together some of Columbia’s favorite performers for a cabaret-style evening of musical theatre and popular songs. The Columbia Music Festival Association (CMFA) ArtSpace, at 914 Pulaski Street in Columbia’s Vista, is transformed into a relaxed, elegant atmosphere where you can enjoy heavy hors d’oevres and an open bar starting at 6:30 each night, with the performance beginning at 7:30. Suggested donations are $35 for theater seating, $50 for table seating, and $350 to sponsor a full table. All proceeds benefit the work of Palmetto AIDS Life Support Services (PALSS), commemorating 30 years of service to people living with HIV/AIDS in the Midlands.
