The Trojan Women
The College of Charleston School of the Arts presents the play The Trojan Women, adapted by Ellen McLaughlin and directed by Evan Parry. The men of Troy are gone and only the women are left, waiting to be taken away by their conquerors. This timeless play reflects experiences which seem to have always been a part of the human condition: war, separation, slavery, grief, and the will to survive. The performance takes place September 21-25 in the Emmett Robinson Theatre at the Simons Center for the Arts. Tickets $12-$20.
