The Oddbird Society: Good Books and the Arts for Kids

M. Judson Booksellers and Storytellers of Greenville invites children to register for the fall session of the Oddbird Society. Each month, the Society will gather to engage with timeless stories—some true and some surreal—that inspire and enlighten. And these books aren’t just any books—they all bear the title of a Caldecott winner of honor! Each class includes a read-aloud and guided discussion, an arts-focused activity (poetry, music, storytelling, and visual arts), an arts project, and a book-themed snack. Classes are taught by Rima Kane, a certified Language Arts instructor and take place September to December on the second Saturday of each month from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. $105 per child.
