Spanish Composer Joaquín Rodrigo: A Life In Music

The College of Charleston School of the Arts presents Rodrigo: A Life In Music, celebrating the life and music of Spanish composer Joaquín Rodrigo, October 29th in the Emmet Robinson Theatre. The program, written by Paul Sánchez and Michael O’Brien, combines sound, narration, and images to honor the 20th anniversary of the composer’s passing. Artists include Cahill Smith and Paul Sánchez, piano; Yuriy Bekker, violin; vocalists Amanda Castellone, Saundra DeAthos-Meers, Kim Powell, Kayleen Sánchez, David Templeton; and CofC Theatre faculty.
