“Shall we plough through the sea?” (“¿Aramos en el Mar?”)

North Charleston Art Festival presents “Shall we plough through the sea?” (“¿Aramos en el Mar?”), written and directed by Maribel Acosta Glez (MAG ART STUDIO), May 8th at Sterett Hall Auditorium in Charleston. The play is in Spanish, based on stories of the Hispanic community. They all came looking for something better, but sometimes the obstacles surge from within themselves. Their stories are part of human miseries that darken the soul, and it happens between neighbors, coworkers, marriages, siblings, friends, colleagues, and even among those who have no competitive nature. How well things would go for us if we tried to rise above and walk together.
