Sentimental Journey

The Singers of Summerville, a 35-plus voice auditioned choral ensemble comprising professional and semi-professional musicians under the direction of Dr. Valerie Bullock, will perform a concert of American Standards March 28. The performance will include the works of George and Ira Gershwin, Oscar Hammerstein, Cole Porter, Duke Ellington with double bass, piano, and percussion. The concert will feature soloists and an a cappella ensemble, as well as the full chorus. This special concert will be Dr. Bullock’s final after 14 years with the Singers.
