Opera at USC presents The Barber of Seville on February 26 and 27 at 7:30 and on Sunday, February 28 at 3 p.m. Based around the delightfully cunning barber called Figaro, Rossini’s much-loved comic opera boasts some of the most entertaining and well-known arias in the opera repertoire. From trickery and disguises to serenading in the moonlight, The Barber of Seville is filled with liveliness and comedy at every twist and turn. Sung in Italian with English supertitles at Drayton Hall Theater on the USC campus in Columbia. General admission is $25; seniors, USC faculty/staff and military $20; students $7.
