The City of Rock Hill is seeking qualified artists to provide various stone art installations of a certain size, with a range between 4-10 feet tall, on a by-request basis. This initiative will feature a series of unique, creatively designed rock sculptures placed throughout the City to enhance the visual experience, celebrate the community’s identity, and reflect the rich history and heritage of Rock Hill.
