You’re invited to join Mental Fitness, Inc. for NOURISH Mindfulness and Stress-Reduction workshops at the Chapman Cultural Center in Spartanburg, Thursdays through the end of May. In these 75-minute workshops, participants learn an array of, mindfulness, meditation and performing arts-related techniques that increase healthy coping and stress-management skills. Based on 20+ years of experience teaching voice, movement and yoga, Mental Fitness Founder & CEO, Robyn Hussa Farrell will lead the practice sharing an arsenal of fun techniques.
