Native American Studies Week Symposium: Activism of Native Women
As part of the 13th annual Native American Studies Week, USC Lancaster’s Native American Studies Center hosts the Activism of Native Women Symposium March 20 from 2 -4 p.m. at Bundy Auditorium. Four female panelists will discuss activism and their roles in Standing Rock, in the Eastern Band of Cherokee’s small business ownership, in contemporary Osage art, and in the Indian Child Welfare Act in North Carolina.
