Native American Studies Week – Political, Economic, and Civil Rights Movements in Indian Country

USC Lancaster’s Native American Studies Center will host its 13th annual Native American Studies Week March 16 – 21. Political, Economic, and Civil Rights Movements in Indian Country features an arts and crafts festival, a film screening, an art exhibit opening and panel discussion. Lectures will cover grassroots activism in American Indian communities, activism of Native women in various roles, and presidential policies toward indigenous people from a Native American perspective.  Free.
