In Gallery 1056, resident studio artist Melissa Callaway presents The Personification of Plants. An opening reception will be held on Friday, March 27, from 5-8 p.m. This exhibition showcases recent work by the multi-disciplinary artist. Inspired by gardens, Callaway works in intuitive watercolor and ink, creating forms with textiles & paper. Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, she studied Fibers at the Kansas City Art Institute. She obtained an MA in Art Psychotherapy from Roehampton University in London. This will be her first solo exhibition at Redux.
