Wofford College’s Asian Studies Program and the Department of Art and Art History will present a lecture on Chinese Imperial Garden of Perfect Brightness and its metaphor by Dr. Kevin Greenwood on October 12, at 4 p.m. in Leonard Auditorium at Wofford College. Since its inception in the early 18th century, the vast complex of the Garden of Perfect Brightness, constructed by the Qin imperial court outside Beijing, has engendered varying interpretations.
