About the Workshop
This five-day intensive offers a deep dive into the methodologies and techniques of physical theatre, combining theory with practical exercises to enhance participants’ creative and technical abilities.
The workshop explores key concepts such as theatrical biomechanics (Vsevolod Meyerhold), psychological gesture (M. Chekhov), and physical action (K. Stanislavski), focusing on how these approaches can be integrated into movement dramaturgy, improvisation, and scene composition.
