Hope in Harmony: An Artistic Conversation
Hope in Harmony: An Artistic Conversation is an expressive evening of arts and community dialogue responding to the first anniversary of the Mother Emanuel AME tragedy. Premiering a song cycle by Darryl Izzard, performed through gospel, spirituals, jazz and bluegrass, combined with poetry, dance, and visual arts; the program will culminate in a moderated panel discussion with the artists, followed by an open forum. June 11 at Tapp’s Arts Center in downtown Columbia. Presented by Tapp’s Arts Center & McKissick Museum.
