Group Exhibit – Bradley Carroll & Lee Garrard
Bradley Carroll’s exhibit Home and Away is a collection of some of his most recent paintings, bookmarked by foreign travel on one side and quarantine-inspired local observations on the other. Home or away, Carroll pays careful attention to his surroundings and uses the environment as a model, guide, and point of inspiration. In his exhibition The People You See Every Day, Lee Garrard presents works that focus on the skin, movement, and body language of people, specifically in the South. His portraits celebrate the warmth, beauty, and eccentricity of our region and the people who live here. The artists will host a free public reception at the gallery on Friday, November 5, from 5-7 p.m. Exhibitions on view: November 3-24, 2021. Gallery hours: 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Wednesday-Friday and 12 p.m.-4 p.m. Saturday.
