Ghost Stories told by Elizabeth Robertson Huntsinger

Horry County Museum in Conway presents local author and storyteller Elizabeth Robertson Huntsinger October 28. Huntsinger weaves together superstitions and tales from Lucas Bay to Georgetown and the Lowcountry, including the story about the Revolutionary British soldier who died on the stairs in Georgetown, and another British soldier who lost his head in Wedgefield and still searches for it today. Huntsinger will share the antebellum tales of the Young Plantation on the north shore of Winyah Bay, the Grey Man of Pawleys Island, and the Witch of Pawleys. Free.
