Fugitive Colors: Lecture and Book Signing with Lisa Barr
Stolen art, love, lust, deception and revenge paint the pages of Lisa Barr’s acclaimed historical suspense novel, Fugitive Colors. Hitler tries to ruthlessly destroy the avant-garde in the 1930s, but there is one young painter who refuses to let this happen. Fugitive Colors won the IPPY Award for “Best Literary Fiction” in 2014. The Citadel hosts a lecture and book signing with the author, November 17 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm in the Greater Issues Room of Mark Clark Hall. Books will be available for purchase. This event is presented by the Charleston JCC and The Citadel Fine Arts program and is a part of the Charleston Jewish Bookfest.
