French Film Festival: The King and the Mockingbird
The seventh and final feature of the CinéCola / Tournées festival, the Midlands’ annual series devoted to recent French and Francophone cinema, is Paul Grimault’s classic The King and the Mockingbird, an adaptation of Hans Christian Andersen’s The Shepherdess and the Chimney Sweep and a masterpiece of French animation.
