We’re celebrating textiles throughout March at the Horry County Museum. Join us Wednesday, March 23 at 10 a.m. as local quilter Kay Rutherford shares a variety of rag quilts, long arm, and hand and machine embroidered quilts from her personal collection. She will also feature several quilts hand quilted by her mother.
