Drawing for Meaning, An Exhibition of SVAD Faculty Drawings
Drawing for Meaning brings together faculty from USC’s School of Visual Art and Design in an exhibition that examines how drawing enables discovery and invention in the studio, the classroom, and in academic and field research. The exhibition highlights the diverse ways in which drawing impacts creative and academic practices and lends insight into how drawing is a vital component of a range of creative projects and processes. The exhibition runs January 12th- February 9th at McMaster Gallery in Columbia. A reception and artist talk are scheduled for January 19th from 5 – 7 p.m. Free.
