Concert in the Gardens

Performers from the South Carolina Philharmonic will join Historic Columbia to present a beautiful concert of light classics in the gardens at the Hampton-Preston Mansion, March 23 and April 27.

Please plan to arrive any time after 6 p.m. The concert will begin at 7 p.m. and last an hour. Tickets are required and space is limited.

Bring your own blanket or chairs, and pack a picnic if you’d like. Please note that this event is for those 21 & over. Wine will be available to purchase for $5/glass, but everyone can bring their own food and beverage.

The Hampton-Preston Mansion is located at 1615 Blanding Street. Ample street parking surrounds the property.

In the event of inclement weather, this concert will be moved indoors to the Boyd Horticultural Center greenhouse on the grounds of the Hampton-Preston Mansion.
