COMING HOME: Re-entry After Incarceration
COMING HOME: Re-entry After Incarceration is a collaborative photo-essay documentary exhibit featuring the photographs of Errol Daniels and writings of Katherine Russell. The exhibition seeks to humanize criminal justice statistics and portray the challenges of post-incarceration life through the written word and photographs, ultimately re-calibrating what the public sees in those who are returning from prison. The exhibition is on view in the Dalton Gallery at the Center for the Arts in Rock Hill June 15 – July 15. Reception on June 14 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m includes panel discussion with Errol Daniels and JoAnn Blackwell, Alston-Wilkes Society Community Service Coordinator. Free.
