Charlotte Symphony Orchestra
Founded in 1932, the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra is one of the largest and most active professional performing arts organizations in the central Carolinas, giving nearly one-hundred performances each season and reaching an annual attendance of 200,000 listeners. The mission of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra is to perform great symphonic music that educates, entertains and enriches the human spirit. Charlotte Symphony Orchestra’s Resident Staff Conductor, Albert George Schram, conducts both classical and pops programs. His repertoire includes most of the standard symphonic masterpieces, especially the symphonies of Gustav Mahler and choral-orchestral works by Verdi, Mozart and Berlioz. The Charlotte Symphony Orchestra peforms Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 8:00pm, at Clover School District Auditorium. Tickets $15.
