Now is the time… to meet, chat, and consider “what could be” for South Carolina’s vibrant arts and cultural scene. During Canvass of the People 2020, the South Carolina Arts Commission is gathering input from the public to help shape the next Long Range Plan for the Arts in SC. Public forums will be held around the state through March 2020, and the Orangeburg County Fine Arts Center is the site of the December 12th event, from 5 to 6:30pm. (Can’t make it?
