Camden Archives & Museum Presents Henry Laurens Living History Presentation

The Camden Archives & Museum presents a Living History Presentation about South Carolinian Henry Laurens, an American merchant, rice planter and political leader during the Revolutionary War. The historical impersonation focuses on the life and times of the only American imprisoned in the Tower of London – a POW who was ultimately returned to Charleston in exchange for America’s release of General Lord Cornwallis. August 23 at 3 p.m. at Camden Archives & Museum, 1314 Broad St. Free admission.
