Arabella String Quartet

The College of Charleston School of the Arts presents the Arabella String Quartet, playing works by Mendelssohn, Shostakovich, Puccini and Dvorak, October 22nd in the Recital Hall at the Simons Center for the Arts. The quartet – made up of Julie Eskar, violin; Sarita Kwok, violin; Ettore Causa, viola; and Slexandre Lecarme, cello – is a globally-recognized promoter of classical music and has performed on many of the world’s great concert stages. The members’ mélange of musical training and backgrounds imbues their performances with a distinctive freshness, inventiveness, and musical depth.
