A 1940s Radio Christmas Carol

Christmas Eve, 1943, in Newark, NJ, and the Feddington Players are set to present a contemporary A Christmas Carol. Not the usual holiday offering, as veteran actor William St. Claire has an on-air breakdown and begins to connect his life with that of the classic Dickens tale. In order to save the show, the company improvises an ending featuring a hardboiled detective, a femme fatale, and an absurd rescue of Tiny Tim. The Flowertown Players of Summerville will present the show at the James F. Dean Theater December 2 – 11. Tickets $20-$25.
